Scope of Work
The Inspector, Philadelphia Mold inspectors, agrees to conduct an inspection at the Property located at:
The inspection may include: (if applicable)
- Visual inspection for signs of mold growth (if applicable)
- Moisture level detection (if applicable)
- Air sampling (if applicable)
- Surface sampling (if applicable)
2. Fees
The total fee for services rendered under this Agreement is to be determined based on the service performed.
Payment in full is due prior to the inspection.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide access to all areas of the Property
- Inform the Inspector of any known water damage or visible mold
4. Reports
The Inspector will provide a written report detailing findings, recommendations, and if applicable, a plan for remediation. The report will be delivered within time be determined
5. Limitation of Liability
The Inspector shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this Agreement. The Inspector's maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid under this Agreement.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pa or New Jersey
7. Acceptance of Terms
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
cancelling or rescheduling the inspection appointment shall be subject to a fee of $100
Plus inspectors traveling time of $50 per hour if applicable.
